Hasn’t it been a lovely couple of weeks of weather. Warm and dry. Sunny. Hopefully, this will be a good Summer. It’s tempting to use this as an excuse to laze around and do as little as possible (but wait, whilst everyone else does that you can steal a march by cracking on with some business development, making plans, doing some marketing, getting organised; just make sure you are working effectively and efficiently and not simply being busy.
Don’t be one of those people who, when asked; “are you busy at the moment?” answers proudly “Yes”.
It’s not being busy that’s important; it’s being productive.
I can help with that, looking at systems and processes to make sure that you are getting the best out of your company and not merely getting by, or worse, drowning under a mountain of “to dos” that never get done.
